These boots are fantastic! I bought them for trail riding in Canada and having only worn them to travel in, I rode for two hours and didn’t even know I had them on my feet! They look great, feel great and I am so happy I bought them☺️
I've never had cowboy boots before but I couldn't resist these as they were so pretty. They were a faff to get on my feet initially - a lot of wiggling - but once on they are very comfy and they look lovely. I think they will take a bit of getting used to but I'm up to the task!
I needed a pair of barn boots/riding boots and after trying on many brands/styles I choose these. Im generally very happy with my purchase. I didnt want anything too tight and I was looking for comfort more than anything & these are definitely comfortable! I ordered a 9 & wish I would have gone 8.5 (true size) which I will do next time. The reason I went with the 8 was due to putting them on the 8.5 was very snug to put my foot through. If the 8.5 had the same feel when slipping the boot on I wouldve preferred those. K think now I would just work a-bit to stretch that area out because I wish they were overall a little more snug past that point. Even with a little extra room in the boot (wish it was just a little more snug around my foot) I still love them. Comfy, durable, easy to clean, breathable, wide calf (wish it was a smidge more narrow) and I would rather have the comfort of extra room than the discomfort of nog enough. Go for it, I would say true to size when ordering because you dont need any extra room in these roomy comfy boots!
I absolutely love my boots. I have wide feet so they have taken a while to break in. I can imagine they will last a very long time.
Well made, beautiful design, smell delicious, they are strong sturdy and comfortable sole.
Bought these boots in March 2020 for 135.00 on a different website but doesn't sell them anymore. Lots and lots of compliments on these boots and still getting compliments even with the boots looking wore out. I still wear them daily. Need to buy another pair. My favorite boots.
these were bought for my daughter. she loves them but found the size a little small but she is stretching them in. she thinks they will be fine after a short time of keep wearing them in. overall very lovely boot (bit expensive compared to others similar!)
I like the colour and style of these, they are very comfortable.
I would say these are quite a wide fit boot, would have preferred slightly slimmer fit.
Every year in October I purchase this exact same boot in honour of my aunt/best friend who died of breast cancer at age 36 in 1985. I have numerous pairs in various conditions I wear for work for going out for working at the farm. They are super comfortable. I highly recommend the Lady Rebel boots for comfort and style. They can be worn anywhere.
I bought my first pair of Durango boots with a little skepticism. I didn't think the spur shelf was going to be big enough and I was unsure of the grip on the bottom...But I have never had an issue with my spurs and LOVE having the grip (especially in my 4 stirrups). They have also been comfortable from the start and last well.
My husband and I each bought a pair of the Rebel Pro boots and we are both happy with them. They are great for riding and comfortable to wear all day as a work boot too.
I am picky when it comes to my riding boots but Durango has been great especially this pair. I enjoy riding and working in these and even for my business job they are a great pair to walk around ranches and convention centers in.
I bought these a couple months ago and I'm in love with them. I wear them out and about & even line dancing and they never fail me so comfy and good for wide calves.
First pair of Durango I've purchased. I usually stick to an other brand but I'm really liking these boots. The sizing is a bit different from my regular brand so I haven't figured out my perfect size yet but I am comfy
These are the best boots ever. I am a thick girl with high arches who loves her boots but I could only fit into booties or other short boots. These are so incredibly comfortable do yourself a favor beautiful thick girl and buy these, you won't regret it. I'm already wanting another pair.
Yes, Durango boots are designed for long-lasting comfort. Many styles feature cushioned footbeds, supportive midsoles and stability systems to help reduce foot fatigue during extended wear.
Do Durango boots fit true to size?
Yes, Durango boots generally fit true to size, and most customers choose their usual shoe size. However, they should feel snug at first, especially across the top of the foot (instep). This is normal for authentic cowboy boots, as the leather will soften and mould to your foot over time for a more comfortable fit.
Do Durango boots require breaking in?
Yes, like most quality leather boots, Durango boots may require a short break-in period. The leather softens and moulds to your foot over time, improving comfort with wear.
How do you care for Durango boots?
Clean your Durango boots with a soft brush or damp cloth and allow them to air dry naturally. Applying a leather conditioner regularly can help maintain suppleness and extend the life of the boots.
What are Durango boots best used for?
Durango boots are designed for a range of uses, from everyday wear and festivals to country shows, riding, work, dancing, and nights out. They combine Western style with practical comfort, making them versatile for both lifestyle and outdoor use.
What does a proper cowboy boot fit feel like?
A properly fitting cowboy boot should feel snug across the instep, with enough room in the toe box to move your toes comfortably. You may notice a slight “pop” as your heel settles into place when putting the boots on, which indicates a secure fit.
Why are my Durango cowboy boots hard to put on?
Cowboy boots are designed without laces or zips, so they rely on a snug fit across the instep to hold your foot securely in place. It is normal for new boots to feel tight and slightly difficult to pull on at first. As the leather breaks in, they will become easier to wear while maintaining a secure fit.
