Don't put holes in the actual boots in a prominent position. More efficient joined up commitments around returns. I am still awaiting QR / free returns label. After 4 emails....
Too tight, too small and not the correct colour as shown on their site, customer service is terrible, never buying from this company again. Confusion with the return order, then the reorder, ended up returning all items, they take your money straight away but you have to wait weeks for a refund.

I really like these boots. They are comfortable. The only thing I don't like is that the teal looks more black. Not a deal breaker. The fit is perfect.
