After wearing twice the ‘vegan leather’ aka plastic split the first time I wore this. I contacted customer service who advised they are fashion boots and advised this is fair wear and tear as they have been exposed to water. Absolutely unacceptable. I purchase these at £150 (inclusive of 25% discount). Absolutely wild pricing given the lack of integrity if you happen to live in a country where you may get caught in the rain! TOTALLY AVOID BUYING ANY OF THEIR BOOTS UNLESS THEY ARE REAL LEATHER. such a shame as the design is beautiful and comfortable requiring no breaking in. Thoroughly disappointed with the boots and customer service response.
